Missing Item

In some cases, we may need to make changes to your order during the processing stage based on the condition of the item(s). If this happens, we'll send you an email to let you know before we hand over the parcel to our Courier Partner for delivery. Additionally, if the item(s) you've ordered exceeds the packaging size or quantity, we may need to send them in separate packages. Please make sure to check the invoice included in your package for more information.

Order Tracking

For your convenience, we provide order tracking services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and courier partner name. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery and receive real-time updates on its status.
