Kleio.world offers a 14-day return policy, implying that you can return your ordered product(s) within 14 days of receiving the product. Our return policy is only applicable to products that have been ordered online from our website KLEIO.WORLD. Once we receive your return, a final inspection will be conducted at our warehouse to ensure the product(s) is in its original condition. If your returned product(s) does not pass our final inspection, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost, and no refund will be processed for the same. Please note, we will not accept used items. However, the return is free if you have received a damaged or defective product.
Products that have been bought with a coupon or a buy-one-get-one deal can be returned, but if the value of the product that you are returning is less than the market value of the product then it would be charged at the present value for the other product.
In case of a return request of any product that came with free gifts with purchase (GWP), if the original order value is below the GWP qualifying amount, then GWP must be returned along with the ordered products. If you are willing to keep GWP and return other ordered products, you will be required to pay for the GWP based on the market value of the product.
The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a return:
- All products must be unused and should be returned in their original conditions
- Price tags, warranty cards, packaging, and tickets must be intact
- Free gifts and freebies must be returned with the original product
- The product should be returned in its original box/packing
KLEIO has the right to reject returns if the above-mentioned conditions are not met.
Damages and issues
When you receive your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it.
In order to exchange an item, you must return the original item, and once the return is accepted, we will ship the new product. If you opt to exchange the current product with a different product, you will have to pay the differential amount if any, also a shipping charge would be applicable. Likewise, if the differential amount is less, we will refund you this amount.
Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address
The refund will not be granted if we receive a wrong or incomplete shipping address, also we cannot provide a refund in case there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or if the package has been refused by the receiver.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
