Orders can be changed or cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed. Please call us at (866) 480-8679  to make any updates within that 30-minute timeframe. After that, your order will begin processing, and can no longer be changed.

Your order number is listed near the top of your order confirmation email — sent within 15 minutes of purchasing. It also appears in your shipping confirmation email, along with the tracking number for your package. You can also find your order number by visiting  My Account.
